Assistant Manager of Boutique, Gifts, Christmas, and Furniture

What You’ll Do

Your primary mission is to assist in the visionary leadership of our boutique, gift, Christmas, and furniture departments through assisting in buying, merchandising, and supporting the management of these departments. 

  • Buy with Vision
    Select and purchase products that align with our store’s unique style and customer preferences. Your creative skill for spotting trends and knowing what customers love will help maintain a fresh, inspiring inventory.
  • Merchandise with Style
    Create displays that captivate and invite customers to explore. You’ll help ensure the store looks amazing and tells a story with every seasonal or thematic change.
  • Close the Sale
    Connect with customers, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to purchases they’ll love.
  • Support and work with the manager
    You’ll work closely with the department manager to help oversee buying, merchandising, and day-to-day operations. You’ll handle the details, follow through on plans, and keep things running seamlessly.
