What You’ll Do 

Your primary mission is to inspire, lead, and train the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, research and purchase products that align with the Fleet-Plummer brand, manage inventory levels, and provide outstanding customer service.

• Lead with Vision
  Motivate and train your sales team to reach and exceed sales goals. Your leadership will create a results-driven, customer-focused culture that keeps our team inspired and engaged.
• Close the Sale
  Connect with customers, understand their needs, and confidently guide them to the best grills, fireplaces, and furniture solutions. Your ability to close sales will help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Buying
  Select and purchase products that align with our store’s brand and meet customer demand. Your keen eye for quality and value will ensure our inventory remains fresh and competitive.
• Inventory Management
  Stay on top of ordering, stock levels, and replenishment. You’ll ensure we have the right products at the right time without overstocking or running out of customer favorites.
• Customer Service Excellence
  Deliver outstanding service by resolving issues, assisting customers with purchases, and creating a shopping experience that keeps them coming back.
